Stakeholder Forum

CCAI has formed the Stakeholders Forum that has been designed to address Members’ needs and concerns. The Forum exists to advise and guide us as we work to build a better health plan for seniors and people with disabilities.

To ensure all voices are represented, people from four areas of disability are a part of the Forum including:

  • Physical Disability
  • Sensory Impairment (deaf, blind)
  • Mental Health
  • Cognitive Disability

The Stakeholders Forum meets every 1-2 months at the CCAI office and ensures that our staff has a chance to talk and interact with each member. We look forward to keeping you updated on how we are improving services based on the Forum’s input.
